Frequently Asked Questions

How to use CSV format

We introduced the CSV format in our system to simplify the integration process. Our customers commonly use spreadsheets to store and manipulate data, and “CSV export” is a standard option in most spreadsheet programs.

How can I set the CPC at item level?

To set the CPC at item level, you need to group all items with the same CPC and create a campaign.

Do I need to add a Price?

Yes, the price is mandatory. For customers importing Jobs or Services, using ‘0’ for the price is suggested.

How many times per day do you import the feed?

Four times per day, which means every six hours. The last import is at 7 PM.

Can we add UTM parameters directly in the campaign?

Yes. Adding UTM parameters at campaign level is optional. You can either use parameters from your feed or set them in the campaign. If both are used, the campaign parameters will override the parameters from your feed.

If one user clicks on our ad five times, does that count as five separate clicks from the same user?

Multiple clicks on the same ad are counted as a single click. We register a click whenever a user clicks on an ad with a unique impression. If a user clicks on the same ad multiple times without refreshing the page, we do not register new impressions and therefore do not count clicks after the initial click.

Is it possible to put a budget cap on an item?

You can create ad-specific campaigns if you’d like to apply a budget cap at the item level.
